Philosophy:

"From my first rotation as a medical student, I found hematology and oncology fascinating. They were thought-provoking and demanded good problem-solving abilities. They also involved curing people or at least prolonging life or improving quality of life. That, ultimately, is why I am here and why I chose to become a physician in the first place. This is about people. If cure is possible, that is my goal. But my objectives as a cancer specialist are to make sure people are living as comfortably and positively as possible… for as long as possible. For that, I bring my whole heart and more than 25 years’ experience to the challenge each and every day.”
