We want to provide you with exceptional service and compassionate care during your visit to ETMC. We welcome your feedback because it helps us serve you better.

If you are a current inpatient at ETMC Tyler and need help with an issue you may also call the patient advocate at 903-596-3704 for assistance during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.). If you need immediate assistance while an inpatient please contact your nurse or the charge nurse on your floor or the house supervisor by calling the operator on your hospital room phone. Emails on feedback may take one to two business days to respond to.

Please use this form to let us know how we can improve. Your response will be shared with the departments you mention as well as our customer service committee.

Please note: We will gladly pass along questions or concerns about physician-related medical issues to your doctor. However, out of respect for the patient/physician relationship, ETMC cannot get involved in such matters through this forum. If you have a concern related to your physician’s clinical care, we encourage you to contact that clinic directly.
