ETMC Regional Healthcare System welcomes your feedback about your patient care experience at our hospitals or clinics. This will give us an opportunity to improve our quality of care and overall patient satisfaction. If you have any impressions to share with us, good or bad, please click the link below. If you would like someone to contact you regarding your comments please let us know.

If you are a current inpatient at ETMC Tyler and need help with an issue you may also call the patient advocate at 903-596-3704 for assistance during regular business hours (Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.). If you need immediate assistance while an inpatient please contact your nurse or the charge nurse on your floor or the house supervisor by calling the operator on your hospital room phone. Emails on feedback may take one to two business days to respond to.
