Group fitness

Group fitness classes at the ETMC Olympic Center offer our members the opportunity to be physically active with others under the guidance of a qualified instructor.  We offer a variety of class formats which helps keep members motivated and interested.  These classes provide a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you were to only work out alone such as a safe and effective workout led by an instructor, a regular workout schedule, accountability from other participants, and a fun, social environment.

We also offer several other general floor and aquatic fitness classes of all levels taught by experienced and certified instructors.  All classes are free to Olympic Center members.
