Class Descriptions
All classes are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise noted

Water Works
A complete non-impact workout using water's buoyancy and resistance for overall body conditioning and toning.

Power Waves
A higher intensity water fitness program for the more advanced student.  Power Waves combines swimming with deep water fitness activities.
