Philosophy:

In the past, board-certified family medicine physician Dr. Susan McMullen has split her time between caring for patients and instructing residents at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Now she’s happy to focus on practicing family medicine full time at ETMC Cedar Creek Lake. “My first love is patient care. I enjoy taking care of people of all ages and of entire families. I love the variety and the challenge.”
Dr. McMullen still has a passion for teaching. “We’re always educating our patients—that happens on every visit. We work together as a team because we both have the same goal.”
Dr. McMullen is also happy to be living in East Texas, where she is closer to her family.
