Stephen Rydzak, MD, FACP, has many specialties. He’s an internal medicine physician, a diving medical officer and medical director of the ETMC Wound Healing Center. But no matter which specialty he’s practicing, Dr. Rydzak has two main priorities: building relationships with and taking care of his patients.
“I learn about them, they learn about me and we come to a level of comfort with each other. We have an honest relationship where I can rely on them and they can rely on me.”
Board-certified in both internal medicine and hyperbaric medicine and practicing in Tyler since 1992, Dr. Rydzak brings a unique perspective to his practice. “Hyperbaric medicine is used to treat a number of things, including nonhealing wounds. So I can offer something to my patients that’s not available anywhere else in the area.”
