Rodney Burrow, MD, wears many hats. In addition to being a board-certified family medicine physician, he has been a registered pharmacist for more than 20 years and has performed numerous international medical mission trips. “I love helping people and seeing them come back feeling better. That’s what it means to be a doctor, and I think patients really appreciate that.”
Though Dr. Burrow has developed the skills to practice in the most primitive conditions while on missions, he is grateful to be at the ETMC First Physicians clinic in Pittsburg. “State-of-the-art technology is at our hands. If a patient needs an MRI or CAT scan, we can get them taken care of quickly.”
Dr. Burrow finds great satisfaction in being a family physician. “It’s all about relationships. Being able to get to know and take care of the entire family is what makes my job so great.”
