Norman Rubin has an impressive list of credentials. Prior to becoming a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, he received his Master of Science in nursing and was an advanced practice registered nurse.
Today he applies his vast knowledge and skills to serving adult patients at the ETMC First Physicians clinic in Fairfield, where his mission is to provide confidential, compassionate and professional care.
