Class Descriptions
All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted

Power Waves
A high-level water aerobics program for the more advanced, Power Waves combines swimming and deep water exercise activities.

Ripples
Ripples is a fun, full-body water workout performed at a slower pace - perfect for the beginner to intermediate level. We use "noodles" and other types of resistance equipment to improve strength and endurance. You don't have to know how to swim to participate.

Water Works

A complete non-impact workout using water's buoyancy and resistance for overall body conditioning and toning. You don't have to know how to swim to participate.
 

Lap swimming is allowed any time water classes and water therapy are not being conducted.

Please be aware that Physical Therapy will be conducting therapy sessions Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11am to 12pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm.
