Dr. Tom Grahm earned his medical degree from the University of Texas at Galveston. He did a general surgery internship at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Program in Phoenix, Arizona. He completed his neurosurgical residency at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, as well as a neurovascular and skull-base tumor fellowship in 1990. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
Dr. Grahm has been a member of Tyler Neurosurgical Associates since 1990. His special interests include aneurysms, AVM's, tumors of the base of the skull and stereotactic radiosurgery and CyberKnife®. Dr. Grahm is the Medical Director of both the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit and the Intraoperative Neurological Monitoring Unit at ETMC Tyler.
