UT Health East Texas Acquires Urology Center of East Texas, PA

Tyler, Texas (October 7, 2019) Urology Center of East Texas, PA, in Athens is now part of UT Health East Texas Physicians.

"The practice will continue to operate with the same providers in the same locations with the same telephone numbers, said, G. Todd Hill, CEO of UT Health East Texas Physicians.

Urology Center of East Texas, PA, was founded in 1986 by Ruben L. Garcia, MD, FACS. William A. Elfarr, MD, FACS, and Paul Morelli, PA-C, joined since that time. The team provides a wide range of urology services, including pediatric urology, at offices in Athens, Palestine, Kaufman and Corsicana.

"We are excited to have Dr. Garcia, Dr. Elfarr and Mr. Morelli as official members of the UT Health Athens team," said Scott Campbell, CEO of UT Health Athens.
