Dr. Gina Jetter earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed an internal medicine internship and neurology residency in San Antonio. She is a fellowship trained epileptologist, specializing in the treatment of seizures and epilepsy. Dr. Jetter holds board certifications in both Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology.
Dr. Jetter is a member of the Smith County Medical Society, the Texas Neurological Society, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society. She has earned numerous honors and awards during her career including serving as chief resident for two years and receiving the Young Investigator's Award from the American Epilepsy Society."
