Class Descriptions
All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted

Body Sculpt 
Designed for the beginner to the advanced student, this aerobics class offers basic principles and techniques for achieving maximum muslce tone and overall fitness.

Prime Timers 
Designed for our 55+ audience, this gentle aerobics and exercise class enhances flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness.

Step Blast 
This class offers a medium to high intensity cardio workout with basic step aerobics choreography. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Basic Yoga 
This class introduces students to the basic principles of yoga to strengthen the mind and body.  Simple and gentle movments along with relaxation techniques are emphasized.

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga
A more advanced class for the experienced yoga student, this class builds on the basic principles learned in our basic class.

Pilates 
Pilates is an exercise program which improves muscle strength, control, flexibility and coordination through fluid body movements that utilize the spine and deep muscle groups.

Zumba 
A group fitness class that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while buring fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba!
