 Class Descriptions
All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted  

Hydro Toning
General water exercise with emphasis on upper body strengthening and firming. Also, trains core muscles and improves balance.

Aqua Jam
Brisk Cardiovascular routines along with exercises for strengthening, flexiblilty, and balance.

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a water based fitness class that incorporates the Zumba latin dance formula into traditional aqua fitness. 

The pool is available for lap swimming any time classes and aquatic therapy are not being held.
