About 200-300 children attended and enjoyed scooping up the 7,210 colorful and filled Easter eggs donated by the employees, staff and volunteers of ETMC.
A committee organized the event that included a visit by and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, balloons, face painting, the thrilling and fast-paced egg hunt, a real-life firehouse dog, fire truck tours, “Andy” the remote-controlled ETMC ambulance, and tours of ETMC Air One.
“The ETMC family of employees, staff and volunteers are truly an extraordinary group of people and it is an honor to have the opportunity to work with them,” said ETMC Administrator Terry Cutler. “They organized this event for the children of the community and everyone had a wonderful time,” he added.
Members of the ETMC Easter Committee included Karla Burdette, Dawn Lambright, Kay Hardy, Dana Lamb, Chance Jordan, Ricky Gerntz, Jessie Owens, Jennifer Dyches, Kim Burris, Christina Lambright, Jessica Hodges, Myra Bennett, Julie Micheletti, BJ Krenek, Barbara Kurz, Garrett Lamb, Kim Vice (not pictured) Mandy the Dalmatian and of course the Easter Bunny.
